Part 1 Summary
The Secret Space War matters are tied up with the Khazarian Mafia and the secret, and almost completely hidden, machinations of the Top Chieftains of the Khazarian Mafia, or the incredibly dark, evil, etheric non-corporeal entities which they serve in order to get their power.

All secrecy is now ending, and there are so many breeches from all over the world that it cannot be stopped. Some new KKhazarian Mafia-mandated laws have slowed this process down somewhat, but those too are becoming quite ineffective. Even so, many of the most serious secrets are so obtuse, so deviant, so incredibly evil, few will be able to fit them into their heads, once told. The biggest secrets that the Top Khazarian Mafia Chieftains live by and keep are so nasty and so esoteric that they are incredible to all but a very, very small group of those who have worked at their periphery and who have well-corroborated information and evidence they just can’t ignore.

The most closely guarded secrets of the Khazarian Mafia Chieftains and their powerful associates are their private intersections, associations, subordination, and operational “slavery” to the unimaginably evil, ethereal, non-corporeal world they have sold out to. Strangely, the Khazarian Mafia Top Chieftains and their associates do not understand that they have lost their very souls and have become slaves of the the evil spirit guides (lesser gods) they serve, and that this path leads to only one thing — judgment and their final demise. In becoming slaves of the hidden realm to evil lesser gods (fallen ones), they have been granted the power to rule over evil on Planet Earth and have made serfs out of most of whom they rule over.

The Plutocrats and Oligarchs (Plutocracy - from Greek meaning "wealth", and kratos, meaning "power, dominion, rule" - or plutarchy, is a form of oligarchy and defines a society ruled or controlled by the small minority of the wealthiest citizens) who rule us share one thing in common, in order to obtain their status they have risen through specific occult-based initiation rituals which become increasingly evil. At some point when they near the highest initiation into the Khazarian Mafia Hierarchy, they will be approached by non-corporeal entities in the hidden spirit world and will be asked to enter into a contract, selling their very souls in exchange for extreme power over others, incredible riches and high status in society.

But they have to perform seriously deviant, criminal acts in secret against the masses in order to be so empowered and to maintain their level of power attained. These acts are parasitical and required by the lesser gods they serve.

In so serving these lesser gods these Plutocrats and Oligarchs have been able to create a secret kingdom, an Establishment Hierarchy which they must maintain through covert political manipulations and exercises of their secret power that has been given them.

To protect this kingdom of power, wealth and status they have built up a pyramidal Establishment Hierarchy. This Establishment Hierarchy is the world’s largest organized crime syndicate, the Khazarian Mafia.

These Plutocrats and Oligarchs have hijacked the American State; formed close relationships, groups and associations; and routinely invoked the false-cloak of so-called “National Security” as cover for their evil, illegal and unconstitutional deeds, which are necessary to keep We The People under control.

Some of the most hidden of their secret programs are deep-black and beyond-black “unacknowledged special access programs”, often not even known by the defense contractors in which they are embedded. Some deep-black and Beyond-black programs have developed a life of their own, gone into secret arrangements with Alien ET groups, and have gone rogue. And some of these beyond-black programs have spun out of control and developed a life of their own, running parallel to the Power Control Group that is supposed to control them. In some of these beyond-black special access, unacknowledged groups, those involved have been deeply mind-kontrolled and now serve as agents of these Alien ET leaders and are helping them attain their own agenda, which plans to make an end run around the Globalist NWO Agenda of the the Khazarian Mafia.

The agenda of this certain group of Alien ETs is substantially different than the Top Chieftains of the Khazarian Mafia, whom this Alien ET group has been using as disposable cutouts to gain control over the nations and major institutions that run humanity.

Once they have done that, then they plan to dispose of humans in three intermingled ways.

They plan to deploy war and disease taking a toll of 90%. This was sold to theKhazarian Mafia Top Chieftains as necessary chem-trail spraying, high tech eugenics in the food, and vaccination poisoned healthcare, and purposeful pollution and radiation spills and contaminations. They plan at some point to start deep-sixing (destroy or dispose of irretrievably) all the Khazarian Mafia Cutouts and Doofuses and useful idiots who sold out their fellow humans for temporary power, riches and status, as a soon as they are no longer necessary and these spirit guides (lesser gods) have set up the necessary means to relate directly to the masses and elicit a world populism they control. They will manipulate the masses to become lemmings, while the eugenics and mass deaths from war take their intended toll.

The Alien ET Agenda seem like the Khazarian Mafia’s Globalist NWO Agenda, but is actually far worse and evil beyond the imagination of most. The Alien ET Agenda is actually a secret agenda of the lesser gods, the fallen ones that rebelled against the God Almighty and were cast down and quarantined upon Planet Earth and its surrounding space. A certain group of Alien ETs are well organized “spirit entities” (lesser gods–Dracos) and have an age-old plan to repopulate the earth with their own new race of strange creatures that are Alien ET/human hybridizations. They intend to genetically engineer these new creatures and enmesh A.I. computers and “machine components” in their genetic structures, which will be triple helix-based and thus self-healing.

Because there is a major cosmic correction now on the way, this sinister plan is doomed to complete failure; but because these entities running this are soulless beasts driven by evil instincts, they cannot process the truth or stop themselves from heading toward judgment and destruction. The coming break point when the Khazarian Mafia Top Chieftains and their Khazarian Mafia are going to be dis-empowered and taken apart at the seams is now approaching. As these monsters who walk free are de-throned, they become confused and wonder what went wrong.

Part 11 Summary
Recently there has been a significant and recognizable displacement of the Khazarian Mafia’s Controlled Major Mass Media (CMMM) by the Internet’s Alternative Media. In the last few years, a fairly high percentage of Americans have come to trust the Internet as a their main source for major news stories. There are no true investigative reporters left in the Mainstream Network News, all have been retired, fired or forced out. The Problem that We The People, the commoners have to deal with on a daily basis is that we have to live under the evil, unconstitutional, illegal laws mandated by the Top Chieftains of the Khazarian Mafia (KM), who hijacked and now run our system of government and control our Network News. Our major recent laws since 1963 (when the KM assassinated JFK using GHWB’s Op40 of the CIA) are actually based on the Core Edicts of the KM Top Chieftains and have transformed us into their secret Serfs on a Global Plantation best described as a farm. What this means in practical terms is that we common folk have to work and live within the rules these KM Top Chieftains have mandated. But this is now changing quite rapidly thanks to the Internet, the world’s New Gutenberg Press.

The KM Top Chieftains now recognize that the Internet has now become their ultimate threat.

The KM has murdered so many US Special ops when their missions were done that the rest have found out about this, and few trust their commanders at all anymore, and are constantly watching each others’ backs. The word is out that American soldiers and special ops are typically fighting for the KM and not We The People and have been used as mere cannon fodder for the KM. There is no doubt that these major leaks, which are disclosing the Dark-side and incredibly evil practices of the KM, are frequent now, are major, and have been causing extreme exposure of the KM’s egregiously evil deeds against We The People and the world.

The realization is finally hitting the KM Top Chieftains that, if they don’t stop this flood of leaks very soon, their days in power are going to be very limited. So naturally, they are desperate and beginning to crack at the seams, and are becoming more likely to make bad decisions leading them to stage extreme Gladio-style False Flags to try and restore USG prominence and KM Control.

Part III Summary

Keeping the American Masses in line has always been a major goal since 1913 but has recently become an acute crisis for the KM Top Chieftains, due to its public wide-scale exposure for the very first time. Naturally these lesser gods (fallen ones) who serve as the personal private spirit guides for the KM Top Chieftains have ordered them to do whatever is necessary to regain control, or else.

In practical means the lesser gods are going to deploy Plan B, which is to deep six the Khazarian Mafia and raise up a populist world hero who will gain instant and near complete worldwide support and acclaim. Once their KM Top Chieftains have taken control of a government (like they did in America in 1913) then they proceed to pervert and corrupt every single institution and major corporation. These KM Top Chieftains then merge their corporations with the government and stack and run the government by their individuals chosen from their corporations.

Along the way:-

• they proceeded to privatize many government functions to their corporations, consolidated all institutions and corporations into large units they could easily control from the top of their pyramidal Establishment Hierarchy.
• they organized well-funded NGOs, social movements and other organizations and used them to destroy moral and religious values, sex roles, the family and all the basic “glue” that holds any society together.
• they began to traffick in illegal drugs and narcotics and do everything possible to create urban blight, crime, and massive drug and alcohol dependency and to destroy the moral fabric, sex roles and the family system.
• they manipulated America and nations into illegal wars to industrialize the world, to “thin the human herd” (their words), and to make huge profits for their Banks and associated contractors and corporations.
• they forced this system on as many nations as they could through engineered wars, crafty lethal covert operations including staged terror, incredibly evil death squads, use of mind-kontrolled soulless zombie mercenaries, and by use of economic sanctions and manipulations.

"The Agenda of the KM Top Chieftains has been to use this model to take down and subdue the whole world nation by nation."

This step-wise plan was working well until the age of the Internet which leaked so many KM secrets that the Chinese and the Russian Federation figured out they were going to be chumped by the RKM Banksters.

The over all goal of the lesser gods is to destroy society and restructure Planet Earth, making it unfit for human life and only fit for their new hybrid race they plan to merge with machines at a molecular level.

What are these fallen ones, these lesser gods? 

• They are those one-third of the lesser gods who rebelled against the Creator God Almighty and were cast down to Planet Earth and this solar system and were quarantined here. These fallen ones were essentially cut off from God Almighty and His truth.
• They had the ability to manifest themselves in physical form on Planet Earth but disobeyed God Almighty’s rules in doing so. They bred with humans which God Almighty had created directly Himself and perverted them with their evil. This was part of their new plan to create their own race like God Almighty had done.
• This was followed by a direct judgment of God Almighty destroying these Nephilim in their human forms and their human hybrid offspring which had become unimaginably evil.
• When the human form of these fallen ones was destroyed by God Almighty’s judgment, only their disembodied spirits remained and they could only then continue their Globalist NWO plan by finding or creating soulless human surrogates to work through and indwell after.
• Naturally they would pick those who were from the wealthiest families that appeared to be the easiest to compromise morally, that is, those who appeared the most selfish.
• Before they can mass occupy and infill humans with their spirit and assume control, these lesser gods have had to select chosen Earthly representatives (world leader Cutouts) to become their evil agents to organize, consolidate control of Earth. This was necessary so they would be able to garner enough power to create secret programs to run these highly technical programs and be able to capture all the massive funds necessary to finance them.

"To infill a potential future world leader, the human must agree to give up their soul. These lesser gods use various huge temptations are used to play on the “weaknesses of the human flesh” such as sex, kink, power, drugs, alcohol, riches and status. In return for their souls they were told they could rule the Earth and would later be made eternal gods by Lucifer and sit at his council of gods as their reward. This was a lie. They were selected to be used as Cutouts and then disposed of when no longer needed, a time that is now approaching. In exchange for giving their souls to Lucifer these KM Top Chieftains were given supernatural powers and their own personal spirit guide which periodically appeared to them for advice and consent."

But there was one serious limitation that they were not informed of. The lesser gods like their chief Lucifer (Satan) are liars, deceivers, users and filled with two-faced evil. They were told that Lucifer (Satan) was rising and would overtake God Almighty and would rule the universe and they would share in that rule. This is untrue. Giving up one’s soul and serving Lucifer is a death sentence for one’s soul and loss of continued existence beyond this life on Earth. These KM Top Chieftains were not told that any human who lives under Lucifer will face judgment with Lucifer and will eventually be destroyed and eradicated along with him and those lesser gods that rebelled with him. Nor were they told that any human who loves God first and then loves his neighbor as himself, who lives by the God’s golden rule of “treat others the way you want to be treated” would not only be forgiven for their transgressions but would live again. They were also not told that those who live by God Almighty’s basic rules will be blessed and empowered by him and will serve to trod these fallen ones underfoot someday.

"Ongoing wars and societal conflicts are thus necessary which can produce big death counts and a lot of needless human misery, human pain and extreme human suffering to feed the negative energy needs of these lesser gods as spiritual food, so the KM Top Chieftains deploy the means to create these as ordered by their spirit guides. The Spirit Guides who empower these KM Top Chieftains are negative energy vampires that are “fed” and thus empowered by great human suffering and death. The more trauma, anxiety and terror involved while dying the more energy they can parasitically extract from their surrogate victims and the younger the better."

Despite all their empowerment by their evil supra-natural spirit-guides, the God’s Eternal spirit implanted at birth in one’s soul (unless given up) keeps providing lots of resistance to their efforts to destroy humanity. This resistance continues to crop up unexpectedly requiring immediate attention and the application of countermeasures. Many view this resistance to evil as the noble human spirit.

The KM’s Top Chieftains are now in secret discussions attempting to come up with a solution for these ongoing massive secrecy breeches, which are now seriously threatening their continued power and existence, and which are being published daily on the Internet all over the world.

Collectively, these fallen ones comprise what is referred to by insiders as the “Third Force” and operate under the authority of Lucifer (Satan) who is the god of Planet Earth.

It is this Third Force that the Top Chieftains of the KM and so many top elected officials and “super-elites” have sold out to obtain power, riches and status.

The KM Top Chieftains will be disposed of by the Third Force (lesser gods/fallen ones) when they are no longer needed and that time appears to be quickly approaching.

God Almighty is best described as the “Fourth Force”, the “First Cause” the “Most High”, the Greatest Power”, and the only ethereal entity which can create life from nothing. God Almighty is the only one that can create real souls. To commune with God Almighty and receive His blessings, you must you must live by two rules: love God Almighty with all your heart and mind and trust Him, and love your neighbor as yourself. There is no judgment for those that do these things and live by this according to conservative Christian teaching.

It was not so long ago so-called wildlife experts in the UK were saying there was no chance of big cats (puma) or other roaming the British countryside. It now turns out years later that it is now an excepted fact that big cats are real in the UK. I would really like to know what the authorities are thinking and doing behind closed doors. 

On the face of it they tell us that the UK cat killer is a psychopath, but even they must be puzzled by so many unsolvable deaths and disappearances, not only in the UK but around the world. I suppose we will have to wait until it bites them on the bum so to speak, but seriously I suspect the authorities have their suspicions but their job is not to panic the public.

They cannot simply blame anyone for this, because even if they arrested a suspect and kept them in detention for a psychiatric report (which they would have to because we have been told this person may go on to kill humans), how would they explain it when the killing of cats continued while this suspect was locked up. They cannot really arrests anyone unless they are a 100% sure it is them because the public will expect answers. 

There are no answers to how this supposed psychopath managed to kill so many cats without being seen or detected and also if said killer traveled to other cities to commit mutilations, to me if the police admit anything they will end up with a big headache because there would be so many questions. They know this, and to me they avoid making any arrests preferring to say "This crime was committed by person or persons unknown". They know without doubt that it is not humans attacking cats, rabbits, foxes or birds, leaving behind bloodless remains, they just dare not admit it.

A recent horrific report on the overnight mutilation of a horse in Australia, was commented on by RSPCA Inspector Sommer Heath Crilley, who attended the scene, he said "the incident was strange due to the lack of blood".

This case was followed up by respected investigative journalist Linda Moulton Howe and discussed on Coast to Coast with George Noory on a subject titled Dark Galaxy, Animal Mutilations & ET Encounter:-

 ...this past August, a horse in Coomera, Queensland near Brisbane, Australia was strangely mutilated, with its legs cut off after it was dead and then left behind near its body, horse breeder Carolyn Greer detailed. Linda reported that between May and September 2016, 60 bloodlessly mutilated cats and foxes in the counties of Surrey and Kent, UK have been reported to the police. In her fourth segment, she spoke with "Mark," a retired factory worker from Cedar Rapids, Iowa who described his bizarre 1978 encounter with a ball of light that descended from a UFO onto his truck. He felt as though he was in a kind of force field, in which thoughts were transmitted into his head, and he saw alien humanoids with bulbous heads who seemed to appear in the force field

Using forensic evidence as logical proof is nothing more than mere words spoken throughout the years to calm the masses. In 2008 "predator caused" reports bought one frustrated farmer to make a stand bloodless mutilations occuring on his ranch.  It was written up in the Ranchland News The LARGEST rural weekly in ALL of Elbert County and ALL of eastern El Paso County. 

"Yarnell said he became frustrated with the CBI’s ‘predator caused’ reports, stating, “Dang it, I was just pretty sure with my naked eye that some of them weren’t (predator caused). But I’d just know what the results would be…’done by predators’! So one time I just reversed it (the notches). I got the same results.” In other words, the CBI examined the edge of the hide Yarnell cut out with his knife, and came back with a report that the cut was done by predators. “The side they said was cut by predators was absolutely the side I cut,” Yarnell revealed. “I had ’em fair and square on that one.” He said it is possible the CBI blamed the mutilations on predators to ‘save face’, and keep from admitting they were unable to solve the mystery.

In a January 1980 a news article in Chicago Tribune titled "Animal Mutilations create nightmare for farmers", lawman Gaabe Valdez says that the incidents are classic because the cutting was done with surgical precision with no blood at the scene.

People will always disbelieve in a crime too unnatural horrible to contemplate and authorities will always refuse to admit to anything that doesn't fit logic. 

The 'Problem' as some so rightly call it, has accesses to anywhere in the world, but it does not need a jet airliner a boat, train or car. It can move as and when it wants, anytime any place and even multiple places at the same time. But how do you explain this to a public that can see no further than immigrants and some idiot with a knife as to being the cause behind the mutilation of our pets. We have no chance of fighting this until people start to waken up and face the fact that there is something very sinister behind these animal deaths and disappearances 'and it is not human'.

And someone must be listening because a nameless authority has recently spoken about the disappearing and bloodless mutilated animal phenomena :-

"... please do send alerts. Having worked on this case for a year now I have an increased interest in animal abuse/mutilations anywhere. I do agree that there are a number of cases that defy explanation and as I said before I have an open mind on the issue of alien lifeforms."

Phenomena over New Zealand

It has changed location. The phenomena that has seen cats mysteriously disappearing in clusters all over the world has now settled over New Zealand. Pets have been vanishing in the towns of Temuka, Timaru & Wanganui, an area covering the lower and upper areas of the islands.

"Dozens have been disappearing and it's been happening week-after-week. Their fate unknown and leaving their owners with no closure. One cat survived and Sparkles has now become a very expensive tabby spending almost a month at a vet. Forty percent of her skin had been completely burned, including her armpit, and her whiskers were blackened. Her treatment is not over yet and the verdict is she may have been set on fire."

Strangely disappearing cats has been a phenomena in America and Britain, with articles appearing in newspapers around the world as the numbers of missing cats grow. The injuries of NZ Sparkles is similar to that of UK Ipswich cats who suffered "a catalogue of cruel injuries after disappearing on Sunday evening. When he came back he was limping, he was covered in faeces and he was absolutely terrified, his whiskers had been burned, there was a large chunk of fur that seemed to have been ripped out and when I took him to the vets they said it looked like he had been kicked around like a football. Other group members had been forced to put their cat down after returning with serious injuries. One owner lost all three of his pets in a single week."

Croydon UK is also currently in the grip of an unholy nightmare where cats are disappearing in the few seconds that it takes to run to the front door. "My cat disappeared at around 1am and I heard her screams outside. She was gone by the time I opened my door." 

Desperate people have bizarre theories as to what is causing the distressing phenomena, blaming neighbours, ex-partners, and aliens, while the authorities are scratching their heads and making logical conclusions and blaming a very clever psychopath who knows the locations of all CCTV's.

If New Zealand is suffering the same fate as the UK the problem is not going to go away in a hurry. 

You MUST keep vigil, especially if your cat is outside, do not let your pet out of your sight. To be kept indoors is the only guarantee that your cat will be safe.

It Comes to your DOOR

Something is snatching our cats right from their very front door. Something so fearful it is making them scream before they vanish, never to be seen again, except, perhaps, for scattered body parts days later.

The fear is exacerbated by anxiety and loss as the incomprehensible becomes impossible to ignore and bizarre theories begin their circulation while neighbours look to others to blame for the strange and bloody mutilations happening around them. And in a further shocking development, animals in Coventry, Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire and Brighton have also been butchered in a manner suspiciously similar to the London deaths. The killer’s trademark is to capture and execute the animals before dumping their bodies near the family home to be discovered by horrified owners, often with the head and tail removed and taken as trophies. Many of the attacks are truly chilling in their brutality.

The police have been working alongside animal shelter South Norwood Animal Rescue and Liberty (SNARL), and the RSPCA. The RSPCA is at breaking point over the deluge of bogus reports which are continuing to roll in and are proving a distraction to investigators who are hell-bent on catching the vicious perpetrator.

"We have ruled out several bizarre alternatives from people collecting cat whiskers to aliens, it has got a bit out of hand with who they think it is. But the reports have taken a darker turn - with some people trying to frame others as the notorious cat killer. There are people dropping a neighbour in that they don't like or trying to get back at an ex and when we follow it up it turns out it was just a domestic situation"

SNARL says:-

"If you live in Greater London you are currently living in a high risk area for these killings. However, we also now want to know about any cats, foxes or birds found with the following combination of injuries from Manchester down to the South Coast: Decapitations/ removal of tail/ removal of paws/ any combination of these. Please note that a high number of birds found decapitated are caused by predation injury, but we have one case of an owl who was decapitated in East London with a bladed instrument so we would rather know about them all."

The Croydon Guardian first revealed fears a sick killer was preying on cats in October 2015 and the growing body count has since attracted national media attention, including in The Independent, The Sun and on the BBC. "It has been going on a long time and we are a bit surprised that we haven't had more tip-offs. We take the matter very seriously and the police are leading it because obviously there is a man with a knife running around an urban environment, the person dubbed by some as 'Jack the Rip-purr'".

Authorities are snatching at logical conclusions.:- 

"Pets were believed to have been lured into a vehicle with food treats, with the attacker deliberately picking spots not covered by CCTV."

"A breakthrough has been made in the hunt for the Croydon cat killer after tests confirmed mutilated pets had died at the hands of humans, the RSPCA has claimed. Scientific analysis of several headless cats found dumped across south London suggests the victims had been mowed down by a car before being decapitated, according to the charity."

"The RSPCA, which initially suggested foxes could be behind the deaths, post-mortem examinations conducted by specialist vets and forensic experts suggested human involvement. Examination of the bodies we have received showed that the heads and tails appear to have been removed by a human, after death. He has a very distinctive way of killing them, a very distinctive way of making the cuts. "

But South Norwood Animal Rescue and Liberty (SNARL), a shelter which initiated an investigation into the deaths and has been orchestrating efforts to protect pets, said it doubted the RSPCA's findings. The group wrote on Facebook:- 

"Our vet does not agree with these findings and as he has seen three times the number of bodies the RSPCA has, we are inclined to agree with him. Just because some of the deaths are unexplained, doesn't mean that a particular theory is appropriate to hang your hat on".

A vet, who wished to remain anonymous, told the BBC he was able to link 10 of the deaths out of the 16 bodies he had examined so far.

He revealed that in the past two cases raw chicken had been found in the cats' stomachs, suggesting the killer had used the meat to lure in the animals.The vet told the BBC:-

"I think they are being strangled and then taken off-site to be butchered, and then the bodies are being returned and dumped, that is why there is no blood found at the scene. My fear initially was the cats were being hacked to death because the cuts were really random but the incisions have become much more precise, which suggests they are being killed first.

When reports of the spree of deaths hit the headlines, skeptics blamed foxes and other wild animals for inflicting the injuries on the cats.  I think part of the problem is that the thought that somebody is going round and deliberately doing this is so scary to some people that they would much rather think it was foxes or aliens".

Personally I would rather the problem lay with a human entity rather than an alien entity, at least then we would be on a level playing field.

1. I had no idea of this until I had lost my own cat and started using Facebook lost and found pages. Weird thing is though, there have been many pet abductions and so many cats have gone missing all at once lately so I was starting to think there was more to it before reading about this particular one. I can't believe how many cats are strangely disappearing. Four just from my street in fact. So many others in surrounding areas too. I live in Barry, vale of Glamorgan. There has been reports in my area of a man, I think alone, in a white van going around door to door posing as selling mattresses just to note if the home has a dog inside and then later going back and throwing food to them when they are out in their gardens. The food is preloaded with a sedative which aids this man to steal the dog and get it into his van. Another horrific incident in Swansea, a man, also alone, broke into someone's house and stole multiple dogs, one was due to give birth, another dog and also a full litter of puppies but left the mum behind. Sadly, there was a poor pregnant dog of the same breed as the stolen one found somewhere in a bin inside a child's play area. The newest one I've seen was in Port Talbot where two young lads had broken in to a cat rehoming centre and all the elderly cats they had in that particular section were missing along with one large cage. Unfortunately one of the cats was found dead in a nearby lane. I'm not 100% sure if any of this stuff is connected in any way but I was thinking, are all these body parts etc all from cats that resided in the places they were all found? Or could it be that they are taken from anywhere and scattered at random places as well as targeted ones? My cat disappeared at around 1am and I heard her screams outside. She was gone by the time I opened my door. 
2. I thought that my beloved cat that I had had for 18 years had been attacked & half eaten by foxes.But my son recognised that he may have been a victim of the cat killer! His head, front paws & tail were missing and nowhere to be found! He was missing for four days, then suddenly his remains where left on the lawn, in full view from the house! This sick evil bastard needs to be stopped, he has now killed over 200 !!!!!!!
3. On 23 July 2015 I came home from work at 2pm and as I walked up my garden path I saw a dead kitten (approximately 3-4 months old black/tortoiseshell). It had been beheaded, it was very traumatic for me and I had to get my neighbour to remove it as I just couldn't have done it myself. It was the way it had been positioned like it was sleeping which I found very suspicious and there was no signs of blood anywhere. When I told other people about it they said it was more than likely that a dog or fox had killed it so I convinced myself that was how the poor creature had perished, even though I still had a sneaking position this was done by someone (not an animal) as there was no other signs of injury. Whoever killed the kitten obviously though it lived at my house as I had seen it in my garden before, it must have belonged to someone local.
4. It’s more than likely these cats that are being targeted are of a friendly nature as they are the ones that will want you to stroke or pet them (making it easy for the person to snatch them).  I have now noticed that other cats I used to see before have disappeared and I hope they have not fallen prey to this persons sick and twisted fantasies.
5. I have read that the sicko is luring the victims by feeding chicken, but I still don't see how they are catching them!
6. We have also had cases of that down here in Eastbourne.going back 5 yrs , and as far as I know nobody has been caught for it. even now cats are going missing but, we cant say there being taken or wandering off but the numbers are getting higher.. and to go with it. we don't know who or why!

I hate to sound like the "crazy guy" on this thread, but I feel obliged to inform your community that the pattern of bloodless, severed animal mutilations is part of a wide spread global phenomenon that dates back decades, if not hundreds of years, and is well documented by investigator Linda Moulton Howe. Regardless of whether or not you agree with her conclusions, the research she has done on this is top notch, and she has been extremely helpful to local law enforcement. Meanwhile, the town of Denton Texas in the US is also currently experiencing the EXACT same phenomena.

For one brief moment when I saw the title I thought people were starting to wake up and were thinking out of the box. Alas that was not to be, just a few crazy comments about immigrants and the problem (to the sleeping masses) seems to be solved. To those of you who are willing to read what I write please take a step back and `Think ! ...........There has to date been no one caught for these atrocities to our pets, mutilated pets are sometimes left on or near the pet owners garden, there is no blood, this phenomena moves from town to town and city to city and these mutilations are happening on a world wide scale.

There are hundreds if not thousands of animals killed in this manner, so will you well informed people in the comments section please tell me, who, besides the daft comment `Some bloke with a knife` is committing these mutilations ? Who has access to any place in the world, who can kill a hundred cats and not be seen ? , just think about it `no one sees anything`.

I`ve got news for you `some one always sees something` but obviously not when it comes to animal mutilations in the community, ask yourself `Why `?

Even the Police and Police of other countries also the R.S.P.C.A are baffled by these attacks, ask yourself why can the Police not get a lead to who is committing these crimes. They have no problem solving a whole host of other crimes but are stumped when it comes to animal mutilations.

Whatever is doing this does so in the blink of an eye, it may not be Aliens from outer space , it could be something more sinister we have yet to encounter (in person). Either way whether Aliens or something else the mutilations will continue and no one will be caught.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of UFO and paranormal researchers, thousands of hours of videos and interviews, millions of documents and testimonies by people from all walks of life concerning abductions sightings and encounters. Yet we still have no solid definitive proof of Alien life forms and their machines, something to touch and hold, a UFO to walk inside, to talk with the occupants, to touch them and their machinery. 

This may have happened to the individual, but to get the message across it needs to happen to thousands upon thousands of people at the same time. But at this moment that ideal scenario seems a long way off, purely because we appear, or should I say, life appears, to be running in circles decade after decade. Imagine humanity is the ball on a Roulette Wheel that ball keeps dropping in every slot except the one labelled Disclosure, all the other slots represent the many aspects of life. 

So with that in mind just step back and look at the whole picture of life on this world, something is not right, everything is going in circles. Everyone knows by now that war and fighting dominate this world, year after year thousands are murdered in pointless orchestrated conflicts, news items of fear are regurgitated in an endless stream, the internet is full of potential threats to humanity none of which come to fruition. 

How many times do we have read that the end of humanity is just around the corner? Politicians spout the same rubbish time and again, they just talk, talk and talk and criticise the other parties, they appear, or want to appear, they are doing something. You are encouraged to vote when elections are on the agenda, but they really do not care about your vote they just want you to play the game. I have noticed how films and TV episodes are re-done or told for the next generation, many times I have asked myself why are they doing a particular series again because they did that story years ago, it is really for the next generation of prisoners. I say prisoners because that`s what it appears like, we are being kept busy, occupied, the same hard labour of breaking rocks, keeping our eyes to the ground and asking no questions. 

If this is the case and we are being kept busy, does this imply that our reality is controlled, as I have stated above the fight for UFO and paranormal disclosure is endless without any conclusion in sight, how many more years will this go on for? If reality is controlled then who is doing it and why, who wants to keep us here? Yes we are dangerous, that could be a very good reason, perhaps we carry a parasite of murderous hate that needs to be cured before we travel the Universe? At the moment we appear to be acting like children left home alone, Mom and Dad have locked the kids in while they nip off somewhere, the only problem is the kids are wrecking the house. The truth is just that, bored kids do wreck houses, and most of the time the big kids rule the little ones. Too often in society we see young people traumatized by the fact that they do not know or have any real parents, is that how the human race is? is humanity traumatized by the fact we do not know where we come from, who our parents/guardians are. 

This asks the question that if we could get that Roulette Ball to drop into the Disclosure slot, to know our true history, to find out where we belong, and to know we are not alone, would we be overcome with a great sense of relief and peace, would our continuous repetitive murderous reality forever be changed for the good. Will these revelations help the children grow up well-adjusted and ready to venture out into the Cosmos? 

It is my belief that our reality is controlled by the big kids in the house, they have discovered by rooting in the cupboards of life Mom and Dads/Guardians secrets, they have learned how to use those secrets, they have created a reality for themselves far above what the little children know, they have unlocked the door to the house and have ventured out, something their parents did not want them to do. They have traveled to Mars the Moon and many other places, building an empire, a secret space program that is involved in a space war, is this space war because the parents have come home and are not pleased that some of their children have found the key to the door? 

Our reality is definitely controlled so that the small kids are kept in the play pen running in circles, the big kids are doing the controlling, the question is how do we get to enlightenment to know our true history to know what the big kids know. I think it will eventually be down to our parents or guardians (Aliens), it will be down to them to snap that circle of deceit that has had us running in circles for years, I do not know how they will do it but they will, and that`s because the people in power here on planet Earth have lost our trust, once we know all that is hidden the big kids will lose their power and hopefully peace will reign. 

I would like to think that time is fast approaching, because just how much more can this world take? Our Guardians had better make their move soon because the kids are about to burn the house down.

Energy - The Light on the Horizon

When it comes to our gas and electricity consumption why do we have to keep shopping around to get the best deal? Why can we not get one rate paid by all unless you run a business? It was so easy years ago where you could go to a gas or electric shop that sold kitchen appliances yet where you could also pay your energy bill.

Now they panic us every year with the threat of higher energy bills unless we shop around for the best deal. Without doubt we are being 'Played' to me we have been covertly dragged into a financial game that only benefits the investors and the energy giants. We struggle and they run off with their pockets full, and next year it starts all over again.

Even the media joins in with the same yearly reports of how energy companies are ripping us off, or they will report how we will lose out if we do not shop around for a cheaper energy deal, one has to wonder if the media works for the energy companies. Take a step back and just see how the whole fiasco keeps repeating itself, it's a 'merry-go-round' and the people of the world are the horses ridden by the greedy money makers for the benefit of the financial elite.

Disillusioned with the way energy is provided and the greed it's associated with, forced me to want something different. I have always believed in free energy so while I was exploring the internet 'looking for something different' I became aware of the 'Keshe Foundation' . One thing that the Keshe Foundation has made quite clear is they have the well-being of humanity at its heart; this is the sort of thing I like to hear so I looked deeper.

It appears the Keshe Foundation consists of people from all over the world, who are trying to bring world peace by bringing new technology to humankind. They are a non-profit organisation, their targets are to solve the main world problems, their short list is impressive :-

• Global Warming/CO2 problem - achieved
• The Energy Shortage - achieved
• Water Problems  - achieved
• Food Problems - mostly achieved

One objective of the Keshe Foundation is to supply plasma reactors in Oasis Units which will deliver a solution to basic human needs such as 'drinking water', 'power supply', 'light and warmth'. They tell us that there are 1.6 billion people that have no electricity and every day 4000-children die from contaminated water. They also tell us they are involved in the making deep space travel a reality within the next few years and bringing it within reach of everyone. They end up saying that in this domain man made propulsion technology will become a thing of the past.

This man and his Foundation speak my language, most of us in the west can or could afford to buy a Keshe power unit, and it's nice to know part of what you pay goes to help the less fortunate on this planet.

Tomorrow is the 2nd August is Keshe`s birthday and he is going to give humanity a gift, here is a small statement he has made in relation to his gift to humanity :-

"ALL WILL UNDERSTAND, WHY YOU WERE BORN AND WHAT IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN TO MILITARY GOVERNMENTS AND CITIZENS OF THIS PLANET AS OF THAT DAY ".

"There is always covert opposition to the technology by the so-called powers-that-be, but such opposition, should it become overt, would only fuel exposure to the technology that Keshe Foundation is bringing to the world and thrust it into the forefront. This is why overt opposition would be detrimental to the current control structures around the world, including that in the UK. In time to come, when the technology is so well established that people speak about it in the streets, I suppose that the BBC might air a program or three on it. But that presupposes cleaning house from within the "beeb" and other such organizations first. I'd be surprised if anyone from the "beeb" actually replies your enquiry, for doing so would create a paper trail and may eventually lead to a situation which might be tantamount to their acknowledgement of the technology itself. I don't think anyone there would want to "slide down that slippery slope" at this time. But I hope they do. Please let us know if they reply, for it would be interesting to say the least. So, that then brings us on to the question of "how do we help the process to proliferate the technology to our friends and loved ones - and beyond them?" Most people live by the adage "seeing is believing," no matter how upside down that adage may be. Nonetheless, if people within your circle of influence were to, say, see your electric bills being reduced after the addition of a Magravs Power Unit, or to see and experience pain reduction/removal through a Pain Pen, then tongues will inevitably start twitching. This is change from the grassroots at its finest, and this is also the intention of Mr. Keshe".

This man seems to have the answer to our energy problems, no more fossil fuel and no more wars , now we have to get the politicians to sit up and take note.

As for Keshe well it went on for 2-hours, the main points were that as of yesterday the Keshe Foundation will start a one World government, `NOT` the `NWO` we have come to disliked, but a cooperative world government for the good of humankind. This government will consist of people from all over the world ( Mr Keshe will take no position in this government ) there will be no hierarchy there will be no kings queens or presidents , politics he says are finished, also no politician need apply for this one world government. The other major point is they will make gold (the root of all evil, he say ) obsolete, because everyone will be able to produce as much as they want (he explained how to make it. He also said he will show how to make gold out of water, and with gold becoming worthless wars will end, he said he knows China and the USA are listening in. He went on to say there will be no religion and no nations just one world at peace, he has been warned by governments and they have tried to stop him. Over the next few weeks he said they will be bringing so much new technology out.

I`m still trying to understand plasma physics, I believe in this man but its like anything else when you can hold and see and try his technology we will feel comfortable. But in order to do that we have to overcome our fear of investing 600-EUROS or more of our hard earned money in one of their machines, by far the cheapest are the pain pad at 45- EUROS or the pain pen at 35-EUROS, these prices jump up significantly when shipping and taxes are added. The pain pad has been tried for years we are told with excellent results.

The reason they have gone for the one government seems to me because so many people world wide have joined them and they think the time is right. If you watch any of the video go 10-minutes in as the first 10-minutes are occupied by his staff making a vain attempt to sing happy birthday to Mr Keshe, much to their amusement.
