The charges of animal abuse are about to be dropped against this man and protests are breaking
out in Mesa. He admitted to kidnapping as many as 40 cats, admitting to only releasing them
in the desert when he was done "playing with them."
"If he didn't do what he is accused of doing, then who is mutilating these cats in Mesa, Arizona? If he's innocent, will the vigilante behavior of the angered protestors be a negative impact on his life?''
